Cervical Spine Diskectomy of 6/7 in 2003 & 5/6 in 2006. Pseudoarthrosis (bone didn’t fuse)at 5/6. Additional midline/left hernation toward spinal junction hankie during 4/5. Going in again May 21st 2007. This shows discernible MRI & CT images completed in March 2007 as good as motion picture from before surgeries.
